Pros: Nice sound quality and it has a sensitive microphone

Cons: Only one button. No controls for volume.

Came with wrong power adapter (we do not use the same plug-ins in Canada as you do in Hong Kong)

Bottomline:
After a slight modification to included power supply, i charged the device and tried it. This Bluetooth Device was a very Nice and easy to use Bluetooth Headset, connected right away with cell phone, works with windows 7, and dragon dictate (which is the reason this was purchase) very pleased overall.
