Value Quality Price Pros: price is fairly affordable, sits and stands with cover folded,
Magnets seem to turn screen on/off,
Cons: carful, u can hold it by the cover but if u yank it even a bit, the iPad will detach.
Also the magnet and hinges will scrap your iPad, this one and the original one too.
Other: Distance you can lift cover before it turns on is about the thickness of 3 USA quarters.

The spine magnet is very good, surprisingly sturdy and requires intentional force to pull off. I really appreciate the softness of the inside cover as it closes with a satisfying poof, from the magnetic pull.
The only minor issue is the paint on the metal spine part is not perfect, but for this price I am still satisfied with this purchase.
Hopefully ChinaBuye gets more backside cases that leave room on the left side of the iPad2 to fit this cover. I seen a few, but I would prefer a TPU material and NOT Silicon.
