Pros:very easy. cut the time down from what i had on the memory card to download on the computer. to 5 minutes instead 15-20 minutes doing it through the camera.

Good card reader, operating system recognized without any problems, (Windows, Linux)
speed reading - writing depends on your card.

I found none.
