Definition:  USB HUB (Universal Serial Bus Hub) is an integrated device that allows several independent USB devices to be connected to a single existing USB port.
It belongs to a branch of computer peripheral products, and it has been widely used on connecting devices to computers. Connect for example computers, cooling fans, MP3, U disk, recorder, digital cameras and so on. It's usually simply plug_and_play without external power.
The USB interface has two specifications: USB 1.1 & USB 2.0. Currently USB 2.0 is the mainstream, because it has high-speed and stable transfer rate. According to the number of USB ports, it can be classified into 2-port hub, 3-port hub, 4-port hub, 7-port hub, etc. We can choose it flexibly first by its USB specification and its ports number, and then by its appearance.

The appearance of USB HUB will undeniably be more personalize and individual. So there will be more fashionable, impressive and innovative USB hubs coming out the market in the future.
