    Hi! I am from Croatia. I bought 4.3" TFT GPS Navigation WINCE 5.0 System + 2GB SD With New Map Software,and the item arrived in my country, but I can not retrieve it without:

    1) EC Declaration of Conformity
    2) tehnical description
    3) manufacturer

    4.3" TFT GPS Navigation WINCE 5.0 System + 2GB SD With New Map Software SKU 42327. When I try to lunch GPS is says: "Map files cannot be found". I just received it yesterday. Where I can find techical support e-mail or tel?
    When I just open the box I tryed to lunch GPS and was not working. Have some error loading maps. unfortunatelly on GPS doesn't work. I can not change country. Only showh Denmark. And also too I restarted like factory setings and also doesn't work. So I can not used it now.
